Guaranteed by finely ground piston rods, guide shafts, and self-lubricating bearings, the input power is transferred to the valve to the maximum extent, significantly enhancing transmission efficiency. The actuator consists of several modules: the transmission, cylinder, spring, and side accessory devices. These modules are easy to dismantle, replace, and secure during installation.
The actuator is designed for high transmission efficiency, guaranteed by finely ground piston rods, guide shafts, and self-lubricating bearings that maximize power transfer to the valve while minimizing the radial load on the piston rod. It features a modular design, composed of the transmission, cylinder, spring, and side accessory devices, making these modules easy to dismantle, replace, secure during installation, and purchasable separately to reduce inventory. For waterproof protection, O-rings are installed on the housing and cover to prevent external moisture intrusion. The standardized accessory mounting dimensions comply with the NUMAR standard, facilitating the installation of various standardized electrical accessories. Wear resistance is ensured by the combination of well-surface-treated piston rods and guide shafts with self-lubricating bearings, extending the service life of all sliding parts; the guide shaft support also offsets the piston's lateral load, further reducing wear on the piston rod, bearings, and seals. The unit uses a Standard ISO Connection Size, with actuator-to-valve connection dimensions meeting ISO standard requirements across every torque range. For corrosion protection, the actuator is coated with more than three protective layers, suitable for petrochemical environments, and the cylinder inner surface is coated with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) to enhance corrosion resistance and self-lubrication. Safety features include spring safety locking, where the compressed spring module is securely enclosed to prevent disengagement, and safety guidelines for spring module installation which dictate that the module be handled as a whole unit along the cylinder axis. Additional features include replaceable bearings for protecting sliding and rotating parts, PTFE guide strips to manage axial load, a PTFE guide ring to prevent metal-to-metal contact between the piston and cylinder, and a rolling bushing connecting the yoke and pin shaft to reduce friction and wear. An internal hydraulic manual override is available for the spring module without increasing the actuator's length. Actuators of size SF2 and above have four lifting holes for safe handling, and a vent device/test valve is installed on the housing to release internal pressure and block external contaminants. Finally, a bi-directional travel stop device provides an adjustable stroke within the 80゚~100゚range.
